Below are some of are common questions about orders

At The Compassion Project we have a profound commitment to reducing suffering in the world in all the ways we can. This is the heart of our work, and when we say we are heart-led, this commitment is what leads us.
We want to create ripples of compassion worldwide. The toolkit and our products and projects are part of that aspiration.
But we also work on honouring our commitment in other ways. For example, we donate $2 per toolkit purchased from our website to charities that align with the communities we support.
We also believe that random acts of kindness are good for the world so we have a program called "#TCPpayitforward". We randomly select Australian orders and send them an extra toolkit to give to a mother who is having a tough time or to leave somewhere for a mother to find it. We are all in this together.
We also re-invest profits back into TCP to support future projects that work to alleviate suffering.
We stand behind what we create. A great deal of research, thought, and love has been poured into what we offer.
But if you're not happy, we're not happy.
So, if you use the toolkit regularly for 30 days and you're not happy with the product, we'll give you your money back. The only thing we ask is that you cover the return shipping costs.
Please note, the Happiness Promise is only available for toolkits purchased directly from TCP.
Here are the steps to follow for our Happiness promise:
- Contact us at care@thecompassionproject.au and share your experience within 30 days of purchase.
- Return the toolkit to us*.
- We will refund you the cost of the toolkit.
*any returned toolkits will be donated to charities that support mothers.
