If you would like to return the toolkit, please contact us at care@thecompassionproject.au and we will let you know how to do this.

We are happy to provide a full refund for an unopened (still in the plastic wrap) toolkit. The only thing we ask is that you cover the return shipping costs.

We stand behind what we create. A great deal of research, thought, and love has been poured into what we offer.

But if you're not happy, we're not happy.

So, if you use the toolkit regularly for 30 days and you're not happy with the product, we'll give you your money back. The only thing we ask is that you cover the return shipping costs.

Here are the steps to follow for our Happiness promise:

1. Contact us at care@thecompassionproject.au and share your experience within 30 days of purchase.
2. Return the toolkit to us*.
3. We will refund you the cost of the toolkit.

*any returned toolkits will be donated to charities that support mothers.
